I've found that like so many attracted to the Emotions movement, my drive and commitment comes from grief after the loss of a loved one to suicide, mental health struggles of my own and a desire to make positive social change that contributes to society's well-being. Along with passion, I bring 15+ years of experience in startups to mature businesses. I enjoy creating systems that support a seamless customer experience. I embrace decisions based on analytics and data, and am well-rehearsed in navigating rapidly changing technological and economic environments. I believe in culture and social enterprise, and most of all quantifiable social change. Recognised by multiple awards including the Antill 30Under30 Award for entrepreneurial excellence under the age of 30, and the Australian Service Excellence Awards (now known as the CSIA) for customer service.
